Legislature head Ruben Rubinyan, Chargé d’Affaires David Allen discuss deepening Armenia-US parliamentary cooperation

Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia (NA), Ruben Rubinyan, on Monday received US Chargé d’Affaires in Armenia David Allen, the NA informs.

During the meeting, the deepening of Armenia-US interparliamentary cooperation and the agenda for further cooperation was discussed.

In this context, the interlocutors attached importance to the implementation of bilateral mutual visits, emphasizing that they will contribute to the intensification of parliamentary dialogue and the strengthening of existing ties.

The interlocutors exchanged views also on recent regional developments. The efforts aimed at establishing peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan and its further institutionalization were touched upon, too.
