Quake hits Georgia, also felt in Armenia

On Monday at 18:04 local time, an earthquake with a magnitude of 2.9 was recorded in Georgia, 13 km west of Dmanisi town, and at a depth of 10 km.

The tremor measured magnitude 4 at the epicenter. The seismic activity was felt also in Bavra, Saragyugh, and Sizavet villages of Armenia’s Shirak Province, as well as in Paghaghbyur, Dzyunashogh, and Metsavan villages of Armenia’s Lori Province.
