Azerbaijan, Armenia FMs’ talks in US may last several days, Baku says

The talks between the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia in the US may last several days. Aykhan Hajizada, head of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Azerbaijan, informed Trend news agency about this on Monday.

 “The meeting will start tomorrow. It is likely that the negotiations will continue for several days. The main topic is the peace treaty,” Hajizada said.

As we have already informed, the next round of peace talks between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan will be held in Washington D.C. During their visit to the US capital, bilateral meetings with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken are planned.
