On March 19, Ucom celebrates International Client’s Day a special opportunity to reinforce its bond with subscribers. However, the company didn’t stop at mere congratulatory words and cards.
Throughout the day, the company’s leadership visits sales and service centers in Yerevan and the regions, assisting customers, gathering their feedback on the company’s operations and service quality, and addressing all their questions.
At the same time, mid- and senior-level managers work in the call center, reaching out to subscribers, congratulating them on International Client’s Day, resolving their issues, and answering their queries.
Another group of managers joins the technical team, visiting the homes of new fixed-line subscribers to carry out connections.
The company’s management also doesn’t overlook the service staff, who support subscribers daily and ensure high-quality service delivery.
“Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and it’s thanks to our dedicated support staff that we’re able to provide them with reliable, high-quality services while introducing innovative approaches to our daily work. On this special day, we not only show our appreciation to our subscribers but also express gratitude to our colleagues who serve them, strengthening our connection and seeking new ways to enhance our efforts,” said Ralph Yirikian, General Director of Ucom.
This initiative reflects Ucom’s broader approach, where ensuring a positive subscriber experience remains the company’s top priority.
