Peskov: Putin and Trump during talks acknowledged enormous damage done under Biden to relations between countries

Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump in a telephone conversation stated that the relations between the two countries under the previous administration of Washington had suffered enormous damage.

This was stated by the Russian leader’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov in an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin, TASS reports.

“Of course, first of all, they talked about bilateral relations. And it was said that they were damaged enormously during the previous (Washington) administration. And the state in which our bilateral relations are is probably not in the interests of either Russia or the United States,” the Kremlin spokesman said.
