The number of people injured in Myanmar due to the earthquake has risen to 300, the New York Times reports with reference to the hospital in Mandalay.

Earlier, the newspaper reported about 200 injured.

“At least 300 people were injured due to the earthquake,” the report said.

The magnitude 7.7 earthquake struck Myanmar on Friday, with tremors felt in five neighboring countries, including almost all parts of Thailand.
