According to the latest data from the Georgian Central Election Commission, the ruling Georgian Dream party is in the lead in the parliamentary elections, the First Channel of Georgia reported. According to the results of 2,137 polling stations, five parties passed the five-percent threshold.
In particular:
“Georgian Dream” – 52.94 percent; ‘Coalition for Change – Gvaramia, Melia, Girchi, Droa’ – 11.9; ‘Unity – National Movement’ – 9, 79; ‘Strong Georgia – Lelo, for the People, for Freedom’ – 9.05 percent; ‘Gakharia for Georgia’ – 8.26 percent. Nearly 69 percent of 3,111 districts were counted.
