US President-elect Donald Trump, in a 65-minute interview with Time magazine, did not rule out the possibility of war against Iran during his second term, saying “anything can happen.”

“Anything can happen. Anything can happen. It’s a very unstable situation,” he said.

But while Trump did not rule out the possibility of war with Iran, he made clear he wants an end to the wars between Russia and Ukraine. 

“I think the most dangerous thing right now is what is happening when Zelensky decided, I believe, with the president’s approval, to start firing missiles into Russian territory. I think this is a serious escalation. I think it’s a stupid decision. But I would assume that people are waiting for me to show up before anything happens. I would assume that. I think that would be a very wise thing to do,” the US president-elect said.
