On February 27, IDBank once again held a Customer Appreciation Day, welcoming clients with surprises and a special atmosphere at its “Centre” branch.
IDBank has turned these spontaneous appreciation days into a cherished tradition, where customers take part in mini raffles, win idcoins, and receive surprise gifts.
According to Seda Avagyan, Customer Experience Manager at IDBank, the core of the Bank’s mission is to provide the best possible service to its clients. “Every new idea, initiative, and innovation we implement is based on our customers’ needs and preferences.
