Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, on Monday received the NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Operations, Burcu San, informs the Office of the Security Council of Armenia.
The Security Council Secretary welcomed the NATO delegation’s visit to Armenia’s capital Yerevan and emphasized the country’s readiness to deepen result-oriented bilateral cooperation.
San, in turn, expressed gratitude for the warm welcome, and highlighted the importance of the holding of the 108th Rose-Roth Seminar of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Yerevan. Also, the NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General expressed gratitude for Armenia’s increased engagement within the framework of the NATO peacekeeping mission in Kosovo.
The interlocutors discussed the regional and extra-regional security situation, too.
