Dynamic Frontier Holdings Completes Acquisition of Teghout CJSC. New ownership plans to continue operating the second largest copper mine while investing in modernization to deliver lasting benefits to people across Armenia and support economic growth.

September 23, 2026 – YEREVAN, Armenia – Dynamic Frontier Holdings LLC, a U.S.-registered company, and Teghout CJSC today confirmed the completion of the acquisition of 100% of the shares and all outstanding debt of Teghout CJSC, operator of the Teghout copper-molybdenum mine in Armenia’s Lori Province.

The transaction was completed on September 22, 2026. Dynamic Frontier Holdings is now the ultimate parent company of Teghout CJSC. The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission of the Republic of Armenia approved the acquisition on July 8, 2026.

Dynamic Frontier Holdings announced it will establish a new social fund to support the local community and initiatives in Lori Province, with an initial contribution of $5 million USD and further annual contributions.
