Hungary to allocate $30 million grant for reconstruction in the Jabrayil district of Artsakh

Hungary is allocating a $30 million grant for reconstruction work in a village in the Jabrayil district (Jrakan district of occupied Artsakh — ed.), Azerbaijani media report, citing the Azerbaijani government’s 2025 report.

According to the document, a confirmation letter on the acceptance of grant funds for a housing reconstruction project was signed between Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy and the Hungarian Interchurch Aid.

The government approved the document.
