Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will meet with his German counterpart, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, in the Turkish capital, Ankara, on Wednesday, Anadolu reported.
Discussions will focus on cooperation in the defense industry, and Turkish-German relations will be reviewed in all their aspects, Fahrettin Altun said.
The situation of the Turkish community in Germany will also be on the agenda, Altun added.
The talks are expected to exchange views on Turkey-EU relations and current regional issues, he said.
“We believe that the long-standing and deeply rooted bilateral relations between Turkey and Germany will be further strengthened through this visit,” he said.
