I would like to remind that the Eurasian Economic Union is based on several conceptual provisions: free movement of labor, goods, services, and finance. If that is not there, it means that the Eurasian Economic Union does not exist. And the Eurasian Economic Union should say directly, or with a hint, to this question: does it exist or not? We [i.e. Armenia] say that it exists, and we, as a participating state, believe that some kind of misunderstanding has occurred. If the Eurasian Economic Union says, \u2018You know what?
