This was stated by the governor of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA), Martin Galstyan, at a press conference on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>  He explained that another scenario would involve the tightening of Western sanctions against Russia.<\/p>\n<p>  \u201cDuring the meetings, our foreign partners insinuated that this is a very real scenario,\u201d Galstyan added.<\/p>\n<p>  The CBA chief noted that there are three matters that need to be paid close attention to: Russia, Iran, and cryptocurrencies.<\/p>\n<p>  \u201cWe are discussing all these scenarios,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In terms of changes in the international situation, there are two scenarios, one of which boils down to the normalization of economic relations between Russia and the West.
