The President of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia, Luis Gilberto Murillo, within the framework of his working visit to Colombia, the president’s office informs.<\/p>\n
At the meeting, the need to intensify the relations between the two countries and to take respective steps was emphasized on both sides, and views were exchanged on the prospects of identifying and implementing the mutual potential of Armenia-Colombia collaboration.<\/p>\n
The parties noted that the geographical distance between the two countries cannot be an obstacle for the start of their cooperation in various domains, especially when Armenia has friendly relations with and embassies in several Latin American countries.<\/p>\n
