But today&#8217;s [Armenian] authorities have violated these principles in the most brutal way throughout the independent [Armenia\u2019s] history, and \u2018bent\u2019 them in all possible and impossible ways for their own plans, to justify their actions. The Constitution should be subjected to amendments from time to time, but they should be done in favor of the protection of the nation and of interests.
