Biden warns Trump and \u2018MAGA forces\u2019 want to strip Americans of their rights <\/p>\n
A Florida court has released a full list of what was found at Donald Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago estate during the FBI search last month.<\/p>\n
Included in the trove of documents found at the former president\u2019s home were more than 100 classified documents, over 10,000 documents by law the property of the US government, and mysteriously 90 empty folders that once held extremely sensitive documents. These were intermingled with photos, press clippings, and magazines.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, a new filing from his legal team failed to clarify objections to the search. Mr Trump\u2019s lawyers are also seeking the appointment of a special master to review the seized documents, which is still under consideration by a judge.<\/p>\n
Last night, Mr Trump angrily accused Joe Biden of being insane or having late-stage dementia following the president\u2019s fiery denunciation of MAGA Republicans in a landmark address in Philadelphia.<\/p>\n
Themed as saving the \u201csoul of the nation\u201d, it called out the former president and his allies as an anti-democratic force against law and order. Underlining the point, Mr Trump earlier told a radio show he would consider granting full pardons to January 6 rioters if he runs and wins the 2024 presidential election.<\/p>\n

Mr Budowich added: \u201cThese document disputes should be resolved under the Presidential Records Act, which requires cooperation and negotiation by NARA, not an armed FBI raid.\u201d<\/p>\n
Pushing back on the notion that the operation was a \u201csmash and grab\u201d, Politico notes that the search warrant \u201cspecifically contemplated seizing items found alongside classified documents\u201d.<\/p>\n
Further: \u201cThe government indicated in filings earlier this week that the placement of classified materials among personal items were part of the potential evidence of a crime.\u201d<\/p>\n
