The EU is preparing the 18th package of tough sanctions, including a reduction in the ceiling price of crude oil. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen wrote on social media.
“These steps, taken together with the US measures, will dramatically increase the joint impact of our sanctions,” she wrote.
